How I get the personal information and why I have it

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To know the names of potential clients.

• To know where the gardening / landscaping work will be undertaken.

• To know how to contact you.

I use the information that you have given me in order to know the names of my clients, to know where any works may / are to be undertaken and to know how to keep in communication with clients.

I may share this information only with businesses / organisations that I will be ordering materials from and where they are to be delivered too. They will only have your address as I will use Andy’s Landscape Gardening as the contact at your address.

How I store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep names, addresses and contact details for 12 months after the landscaping project has completed, or 12 months after general garden maintenance has stopped. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the data from our records.
